Construction Project Manager

Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and successful field execution.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously — maintaining organization and control under pressure.
• Provide proactive communication and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of high-impact commercial construction projects in the Raleigh area? Do you thrive on responsibility, client interaction, and delivering exceptional results?

• Confident in client-facing meetings and project interviews.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Procore, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage projects $5M+ independently.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and project financials.
