As an Electrical Design Supervisor you will lead a high‑performing Electrical Build team, drive product builds from concept through production, and collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and operations to turn customer requirements into executable solutions.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing Electrical Build team, providing technical mentorship and project leadership.
- Drive product builds, improvements, and launches using a structured stage‑gate development process.
- Partner with product management, marketing, sales, and operations to translate requirements into build solutions.
- Coordinate electrical layouts and builds for power distribution, relay panels, lighting, and control systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support build execution through vendor drawing reviews, documentation, and technical assistance during construction.
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance build efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Provide short‑term and long‑term disability, critical illness, accident, and life insurance coverage.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Possess 5+ years of electrical or engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools and ability to design for manufacturability.
- Apply advanced analytical, problem‑solving, project, and time‑management skills.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
