As the project coordinator at Forge, you become the face of the company once a sale is signed, guiding homeowners through the largest purchase they’ll make after a home or car. You’ll oversee the entire post‑sale journey—from job intake and pre‑construction checklists to coordinating permits, materials, and installation crews—ensuring a seamless experience.
We’re looking for an organized, tenacious, sharp, and curious individual who can juggle a million moving parts without dropping the ball. The core of the role is figuring things out—fixing broken things, asking clarifying questions, speaking up with better ideas, and building playbooks when none exist. This isn’t a predictable corporate desk job; it’s fast, sometimes messy, and will evolve over time.
The candidate must be local to the Boston area and comfortable with mostly in‑person work, thriving in organized chaos and enjoying challenges while staying composed when things go sideways.
Success in this role requires meticulous organization, strong communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in‑person channels, and the ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and take initiative. You’ll stay calm under pressure, help fix issues even when they aren’t your fault, and embrace new tech tools such as G‑Suite, Slack, Zoom, and AI‑driven solutions.
Bonus experience includes construction, trades, HVAC, crew scheduling, or handling invoices, paperwork, and permits.
The position offers a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000, with flexibility for more senior candidates, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
Forge’s culture is built around purpose—advancing heat‑pump technology—without corporate bureaucracy or endless meetings. Employees enjoy rapid career growth, competitive compensation with stock options and bonuses, generous paid time off, health and dental coverage, a 401k match, mileage reimbursement, and phone/data stipends.
