Overview

Administrative support role with data entry, office tasks, and board meeting assistance.

Tasks

-Handling incoming/outgoing mail – relief in mailroom as required. -Assisting with overflow work from other administrative staff. -Filling in for office receptionist as required. -Preparing word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. -Performing a variety of Internet research functions -Fielding telephone calls, filing, and data entry, typing of various correspondence and formatting of documents. -Assisting with board meeting preparation (i.e. coordination of information, preparing tabs, distribution of board material, room setup, and beverage/food setup). -Maintaining office supply inventory and orders as appropriate. -Distribution of electronic invoices

-Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Able to work with a diverse workforce and interact professionally with all levels of the organization. -Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges. -Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. -Must be proficient on the computer and have intermediate skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast paced and rapidly changing business environment.
