The entry‑level base pay range is $18.99‑$26.11, with the exact starting rate depending on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, volunteer time off, short‑ and long‑term disability, accident, life and travel insurance, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and length‑of‑service awards. Eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month after completing 30 days of employment.
