- Gather data and determine project feasibility using JC instruments. (e.g., Arcsite, measurement equipment).
- Conduct thorough research to find answers to complex questions and challenges, particularly those that may not have been encountered before.
- Conduct site visits to assess, inspect, measure, and document specified equipment conditions.
- Maintain high accuracy in survey assessments and cost estimations.
