  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Transurban's Group Privacy and Data Protection Program across all jurisdictions
  • Oversee and coordinate PCI DSS and SWIFT compliance across Transurban's global operations, including external audits, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage a team of specialists to drive awareness, capability, and compliance with privacy legislation and frameworks
  • Provide subject matter expertise on identifying privacy risks, supporting Privacy Impact Assessments, responding to incidents, aligning with regulatory change, ensuring timely investigation and leading internal and external reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Security, Customer & Technology Teams and senior executives to embed privacy by design into business initiatives

  • Experience managing privacy breach response process
  • Experience in designing and implementing privacy frameworks within organisations
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with resilience, and the ability to navigate regulatory change and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally to build capability, embed governance, and foster a strong risk culture
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical and non-technical audiences
