3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong technical background in equipment sizing, medium voltage relay programming, hazardous area classification, and electrical design
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture while tracking the details
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding technical teams through complex deliverables
Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
Strong conceptual and technical understanding of common power system analyses such as load flow, short circuit, coordination, arc-flash, motor starting, and harmonics with familiarity of common analysis tools (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower)
