Organize and conduct mandatory safety training and toolbox talks for all personnel.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing EHS regulations.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and monitoring.
Ensure adherence to national and state regulations (OSHA, Building Code, Environmental Laws).
Timely closure of corrective actions.
Lead and mentor the EHS team.
Monitor waste management, dust control, noise levels, and water quality.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and government agencies.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Responsible for Environment sustainability.
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, building codes, and safety standards.
Communicate EHS expectations to all stakeholders.
Develop and implement project-specific EHS policies, procedures, and protocols.
Foster a strong safety culture across the project.
Maintain safety records, documentation, and statistics.
The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
Implement pollution prevention and environmental protection measures.
Collaborate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
Responsible for Rehabilitation Works.
Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation.

Timeliness and accuracy of environmental reports.
Strong knowledge of environmental laws and compliance.
Expertise in EMP implementation and environmental monitoring.
