Perform additional logistics functions such as resource tracking, procurement, and travel coordination during periods of post-disaster emergency response/recovery.
Maintain inventory performance metrics and dashboards to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage daily operational procedures for established work, provide and document recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
Provide guidance, mentorship and leadership to inventory clerks, warehouse staff, or temporary personnel during inventory activities or special projects.
Lead coordination of shipping, tracking and return of field logistics equipment for multiple on-going projects.
Conduct daily analyses of inventory to forecast documenting potential inventory shortage for field equipment.
Lead and oversee scheduled and physical inventory counts, ensure audit readiness through comprehensive documentation and reporting. Investigate, identify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Serve as logistics inventory manager on TDR response and recovery projects and coordinate with Project Managers on forecasting resource needs and timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Adaptability to respond quickly to adjustments to initiatives and priorities; organizational skills and flexibility to maintain multiple priorities.
3-5 years of experience in logistics and resource management, warehouse inventory management, program management or project management.
Must be a team player and can effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong ERP experience
Ability to travel on short notice to project sites across the nation as required.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team environment
Strong understanding of planning processes and principles with the ability to forecast and maintain accurate project needs.
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associate’s degree required to be considered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
