Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences on GIS products.
Compile TTRs of GIS products in a format similar to “Hitachi Energy-Certificates.”
Develop method statements for customers on several technical aspects.
Monitor quality cases in the product, suggest improvements, and perform root cause analysis for such cases.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist SCM in pre-qualifying new local suppliers when technical advice is needed.
Organize internal factory audits with global auditors (e.g., GPS), track findings, and ensure resolution and closure.
Review CCRPs on GIS products frequently and trigger activities in production or R&D (GPS) as needed.
Receive the latest input on new developments and initiate R&D activities via PCR/CSC requests from a Saudi perspective when a business case is established.
Support LPM and pre-qualification teams in various pre-qualification activities.
Participate in R&D Stecos meetings related to the GIS Dammam factory.
Provide technical advice in customer discussions during the offering stage and, if needed, during routine test activities in special cases.
Consolidate necessary Type Test Reports (TTR) for orders and during the offering stage.
Explore white spot areas related to the GIS allocated market.
Support local DtV activities with the local DtV leader.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Excellent knowledge of HV product portfolio.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Good knowledge of SAP.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
10+ years of experience with a strong technical GIS background.
