Handle administrative tasks and contribute to operational improvements.
Manage the water and waste management system, adhering to environmental requirements.
Maintain stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
Oversee concrete production, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
Optimize truck and personnel scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and engage contractors when needed.
Provide leadership and support to the production team.

Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (preferred).
Previous experience in a production or supervisory role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Previous batching experience would be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Concrete batching & front-end loader operations.
