Oversee execution of Audit100 and Squad audits focused on material and production quantities. • Develop and implement audit methodologies for material verification, quantity reconciliation, and cost validation.
Verify Subcontractor, Labour, and Machinery Hire payment certificates (PCs) against actual quantity/work executed.
Identify and control nonconformities in quantity reporting before, during, and after manufacturing.

Carry out periodic site, store, and asset audits to validate physical quantities against system records.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for repetitive deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain daily audit trackers, prepare summary reports, and document findings with measurable cost recovery and savings impact.
Verify labour accommodation inventory and assets for inward/outward movement and disposal accuracy.
Audit store operations — including IGRNs, inward/outward movement, internal transfers, material issues, and scrap disposals.
