Construction Foreman

Description

• Overseeing Erection Projects Managing crews, subcontractors, and job site logistics to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance Conducting safety meetings, enforcing PPE use, and following strict safety protocols.
• Dependable & Team-Oriented Your role ensures materials arrive on time and in top condition.
• Leading and Supervising Teams Training, mentoring, and holding ironworkers accountable for performance and safety.
• Managing Documentation Completing reports, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for every project.
• Maintaining Quality Control Overseeing inspections and ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 and AISC standards.

Requirements

• Precision & Quality Every load you handle contributes to a project built to last.
• You're not ready to manage multiple moving parts on a complex job site.
• Leadership and communication skills to run a tight, efficient team
• Tekla EPM software experience preferred
• You're uncomfortable working at heights or in harsh weather conditions.
• 3+ years of experience as an Ironworker
• Prior leadership or Foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of steel erection, rigging, and welding
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
• You're an expert at problem-solving and adapting to changing conditions.
