Automation lead of 2nd shift warehouse associates reporting to the 2nd shift Dematic Supervisor.
Oversee operator task assignments
Monitor current order volume and ensure that the team is staffed to accurately fulfill all orders for the evening.
Track and replenish supplies to ensure that all materials are available for the shift.
Develop a familiarity with the associated Dematic automation software programs.
Escalate issues regarding staffing, inventory, automation, etc. to the appropriate shift supervisor.
Monitor the software system and quickly address any potential issues.
Review data and identify trends that can help increase efficiencies and/or improve processes.
Work wiith inventory control to address inventory discrepancies and to ensure that the automation system has appropriate inventory levels.
Process orders using the Dematic Goods To Person (GTP) system
Assist the on-site automation mechanics with troubleshooting and addressing basic faults.

Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift, which is typically 8-9 hours.
Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.

The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb steps and stairs.
The ability to work on a 2nd floor open mezzanine.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
