Interacting directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information
Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered
Researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers
Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct and delivered on time to meet department expectations
Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry

Experience of using CRM systems
An excellent telephone manner
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Effective Communicator
Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, this could be in a contact centre, customer service or similar
Ability to work towards and achieving KPI's
