PMO Masterplan Commercial Lead

• Coordinate the commercial process with other functional leads.
• Contract status reporting, including procurement
• Mature and enhance cost & commercial reporting process including requirements, cadence, and formats across:
• Manage and support Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
• Overseeing service excellence across all aspects of PMO Commercial reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders (including c-suite and executive director level) to ensure the successful delivery of the Cost & Commercial function.
• Coordinate with PMO functions around contractual deliverables, centralise the commercial effort to ensure the contractual commitments are delivered.
• Reporting to Commercial Director to lead commercial team on delivering the programme commercial management and cost reporting framework.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Oversight and governance responsibilities of cost and commercial management include cost planning and benchmarking, cost reporting, cashflow reporting, procurement and contract reporting, claims reporting.
• Specifying & developing cost reports & dashboard
• Support in the roll out of the new systems, processes & reports, including:
• Monthly Cost Reporting
• Protecting Mace's entitlements.
• Implementation of the programme cost management system,
• Together with the Commercial Director, manage the Mace contract with the Client, to ensure:
• Manage the performance of the Commercial team
• Manage quality assurance/control process for the Cost & Commercial information.

Requirements

• You are digitally proficient, capable of fostering enduring client relationships, and providing support to dynamic, motivated teams. You will possess a background in construction or project management and have a strong desire to advance your career while taking advantage of the opportunities that Mace presents.
• With over 15 years of relevant experience and a pertinent degree, you are committed to personal development and either hold a chartered status or are working towards a comparable professional qualification.
• You demonstrate excellent presentation and meeting management capabilities, including the ability to present to the client’s C-Suite and CEO, delivering critical insights and assisting the client in framing and making decisions.
• Compliance with the provisions of the contract.
• Additionally, having experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) is crucial. Our client has specific criteria, and in-country experience is preferred to effectively address these requirements.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• It is essential for candidates to possess outstanding data management abilities, especially in Microsoft Excel. This encompasses the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and a solid understanding of PowerBI including cost reporting tools, which are highly desirable skills.
