The Senior Quality Specialist role will help define the future of rail and transit systems across Canada, contributing to projects that improve mobility, safety and sustainability.
In this position you will develop and implement a Transportation Systems Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, create quality management plans for major projects, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will also lead audits, analyse key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with a recognized QA/QC designation, has at least five years of rail‑systems experience using CENELEC or AREMA standards, and possesses internal or lead auditor certification. Additional assets include PMP or P.Eng status, consulting‑engineer experience, and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.

Salary ranges vary by region, from $122,100 to $179,100, with final compensation dependent on education, experience, certifications and other factors. These ranges are subject to change based on business needs.
