  • Preferred GPA: 3.0 or higher
  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks
  • Experience with electrical power distribution/power management technology or technology related to energy systems or the smart grid
  • Available to begin full-time employment in July 2026
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • Strong capacity for leadership and highly collaborative as exhibited in campus and/or community roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, and graduating no earlier than May 2025 and no later than June 2026
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategic and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technical skills and cross-functional experiences in areas such as programming, design simulation, data analytics, machine learning, business development, and customer engagement strategies
  • Must be willing and able to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program
