Strong capacity for leadership and highly collaborative as exhibited in campus and/or community roles
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, and graduating no earlier than May 2025 and no later than June 2026
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategic and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technical skills and cross-functional experiences in areas such as programming, design simulation, data analytics, machine learning, business development, and customer engagement strategies
Must be willing and able to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program
