- Participate in flow schedule development for relevant work phases
- Communicate 5S standards to new craft workforce and trade partners
- Plan and execute improvement events with the project team
- Support continuous improvement efforts onsite
- Reinforce continuous improvement principles and tools post-events
- Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Create plans and resources to achieve 5S standards
- Support forepersons in observing work and addressing abnormalities
- Provide feedback to project leadership and lean leader on lean application and outcomes
- Apply consistent daily planning and work management with superintendents
- Partner with project leadership and craft workforce to establish trust for lean approaches
- Support the application of 5S practices with project team and trade partners
- Facilitate portions of improvement events with expert support
- Promote continuous efforts towards one-piece flow and reduce batching practices
- Encourage crews to brainstorm and implement ongoing improvements

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree

- Prior experience on construction job sites preferred
- Internship experience in construction or manufacturing
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles
- Equivalent combination of education and technical/field experience demonstrated over multiple years of work experience
- Effective trainer and facilitator
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability to influence through relationship building
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Current driver’s license
- Excellent reliability and follow-through
