5+ years in industrial maintenance, chemical or process plants environment is an added advantage.
Proven leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams and contractors.
Skilled in troubleshooting, decision-making, and multi-tasking under pressure
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or formal Maintenance qualification. (Significant experience in maintenance leadership will also be strongly considered)
Commercially savvy—able to balance performance, safety and cost efficiency
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utilities systems.
Experience driving maintenance improvement programs and reliability initiatives.
A safety-first mindset with strong regulatory knowledge (e.g., WHS, EPA, ISO)
