Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lead diagnostics & troubleshooting efforts.
Familiarity with BMS integration & commissioning practices.
Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, refrigerant piping, & controls.
Proficient in reading & interpreting mechanical & control drawings.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.
