The Workplace Ambassador supports the Facilities Manager with operational activities across accounting, finance, maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, purchasing, and occupancy services, while maintaining a focus on enhancing the end‑user experience. This role provides essential administrative support, manages daily building operations, and works directly with stakeholders to ensure seamless workspace delivery in a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key LSEG stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
- Assist in managing all on-site contractors to ensure performance meets required standards, including inspection of vendor work
- Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures and building protocols
- Assist in financial processes including purchase order management, monthly accrual reports, and finance tracker monitoring
- Ensure all office supplies and services operate to expected standards while maintaining premises in neat, working condition
- Support implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Provide insights and feedback for new initiative implementations while liaising with other teams for seamless end-user experience

- Experience in coordinator role within facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
- Proficiency with computer equipment and programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong multitasking abilities with proven capability to manage multiple projects effectively

- Professional service‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilities
- Availability to work on-site 5 days per week with overtime availability as needed
- Direct experience or strong interest in facilities management and customer service
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
- Keen interest in technology and workplace innovation
- Experience with financial management platforms and procurement processes
- Understanding of asset management and register maintenance
- Previous experience in vendor management and oversight
- Familiarity with KPI and SLA management and reporting
Benefits
The position is on‑site in Buffalo, NY, with standard business hours and requires a full five‑day workweek, including overtime as needed. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Estimated compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, and market conditions.
