Leasing Associate

Description

As a Leasing Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the full leasing journey, from enquiries and tours to applications, move-ins, and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in Build to Rent, playing a key role in shaping a new community while delivering five-star customer service.

• Support marketing and events to attract new residents and strengthen community retention.
• Conduct engaging property tours, showcasing the community’s features and amenities.
• Guide applicants through screening, lease agreements, and move-in processes.
• Manage leasing enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Coordinate move-ins, unit inspections, and resident onboarding.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and unit availability.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, responding to queries and requests promptly.
• Work with the wider property management team to drive occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends when required.
• Experience in leasing, lettings, sales or property management.
• A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and property management software experience is a plus).
