Assist with keeping all Contractor Accreditation current as outlined in the MSA
Assist CW Finance, to ensure client is invoiced for all completed works in the month completed
Achieve continuous improvement of internal systems and processes
Assist with the management of sub-contractor invoices to achieve timely approval and payment
Resolving Invoice and Work In Progress (WIP) queries
Be the escalation point for the CSC and support the CSC with the resolution of issues
Delivery of KPI’s as outlined in the MSA
Contribute to the development of solutions for client by preparing and delivering reports or data that solve or address operational problems according to the specific requirement of the MSA
Assist with the management of Sub-contractor
Observance Quality systems and processes
Communicate regularly with external and internal clients including C&W Call Centre (Bunnings Property Help Desk) to ensure achievement of KPI’s and client satisfaction targets are met
Assist with the management of Contractor Accreditation to meet C&W requirements and MSA KPI’s
Assist with the management Internal Trades Services
Assist with managing the contracts database to ensure Sub-contractors meet the relevant KPI’s
Manage Sub-contractors and self-delivered services to ensure C&W polices are adhered to
Ensure day-to-day operations across the Client portfolio
Contribution to the preparation and delivery of periodic and ad hoc reports
Source and develop relationships within assigned clients
Maintain client hard files
