

Research and recommend venues and destinations that align with client needs and brand expectations.
Take clear, detailed client briefs and communicate requirements accurately to venues; ensure all information is recorded in The Hive/BookIt.
Provide line management for a Venue Sourcing Executive, including performance appraisals.
Build and grow strong client relationships, attend site visits, create annual account plans, and support pitch activity.
Produce accurate, well-researched proposals within agreed SLAs and ensure all details are checked before delivery.
Manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and follow ISO 9001 processes.
Assess new business opportunities and continually expand venue and destination knowledge.
Negotiate rates and commission to meet financial targets and secure cost-effective solutions.
The successful candidate must have drivers License and vehicle.
Experience with venue-finding systems/platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal skills.
Full driving licence and access to a car.
Confident negotiator with good financial awareness.
Calm, adaptable, proactive, and able to take full ownership of projects.
Maintain proactive self-development and consistently clear communication.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3–5 years of venue-finding experience, ideally in an agency.
Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts.
Highly organised with strong time-management and attention to detail.
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our fast-paced Venue Finding team in Birmingham. You’ll source UK and international venues, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality proposals while working independently and confidently. You'll have an extensive knowledge of UK and international venues, from meeting rooms to conference venues and everything in between.
Salary: £35,000 +
