- Leads technical client relationships related to design, construction and phasing of the work.
- Perform quality control reviews and design checks of railroad projects
- Will develop overhead catenary systems layout drawings, profiles, hanger tabulations, erection diagrams and technical specifications

- Serves as a project manager on mid-large size projects
- Develop overhead catenary systems layout drawings, profiles, hanger tabulations, erection diagrams and technical specifications
- Coordinates team and provides technical expertise for mid-large size projects
- Coordinates with multiple departments related to a projects scope of work.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with clients
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state & local regulations Overhead Catenary System (OCS)

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with Connecticut Department of Transportation, Metro-North Railroad, Amtrak, MBTA, or other passenger/commuter railroad agencies
- 6 years of related experience in railway (overhead catenary systems, traction power, track).
- BA/BS in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- 10 years' experience in railway systems (Overhead Catenary Systems/Traction Power).
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
- Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must have a Valid Driver's License and pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microstation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads or OpenRail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Relocation is not available for this position
