Estimating Manager - Facade

Description

• Evaluate enquiry documents, guide Director on suitability of opportunity and develop winning tender strategy
• Plan resource allocation around the tender workflow, identifying potential issues and finding solutions
• Foster a team-focused environment by empowering staff
• Encourage ongoing improvement and support the company’s profitable growth
• Attend Operations Board meetings
• Lead, motivate, and manage the pre-construction team (managing estimators, bid writers, and co-ordinate with design manager and operation team during the estimating stage)
• Leads the post tender handover meeting

Requirements

*Previous experience in an Estimating Managing role in facades/remediation, from a main contractor background is essential*
