Tasks
-Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate service requests to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. -Process invoices in Nexus, ensuring accurate budget coding and timely payments. -Follow up with tenants regarding unpaid rent or outstanding balances. -Track attendance and feedback for all tenant events to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. -Support the Property Manager, General Manager, and Chief Engineer with administrative tasks as needed. -Answer and route phone calls, handle mail distribution, and monitor office supplies. -Develop and maintain marketing materials such as the amenity guide, tenant discount program, and newsletters. -Manage property communication tools, ensuring updates to the property website, Angus portal, and event calendars. -Maintain tenant certificates of insurance, contracts, and property documentation. -Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media posts using platforms like Canva and Mailchimp. -Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and the Property Management team. -Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant events, including ideation, budgeting, logistics, and post-event reporting. -Maintain and update tenant contact lists, welcome packages, and tenant handbooks. -Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting related to property operations and events. -Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and manage vendor agreements. -Welcome visitors to the management office and address inquiries professionally. -Conduct regular tenant check-ins and organize annual meetings to gather feedback and strengthen relationships. -Assist with community outreach programs, tenant recognition initiatives, and wellness partnerships. -Greet tenants and guests courteously and provide front-desk support during business hours. -Track and bill tenant work orders and prepare miscellaneous charge statements.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required. -1–3 years of experience in property management, marketing, or customer service. -Must successfully complete background screening -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of assertive personalities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and property management systems such as Angus and Nexus. -Experience with social media marketing and tools like Mailchimp and Canva. -Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
