Develop new client relationships and seek out opportunities for new business with local agency and DOT clients. Represent the company at industry events and expand the company’s brand recognition within the region. Collaborate with the company’s other service lines to effectively promote our capabilities and cross-sell services. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications

Project Management and Delivery: Manage local agency and DOT roadway design projects. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of roadway design projects. Plan, organize, and direct activities of project teams and/or direct reports, including project management, design, and construction oversight. Perform QC/QA as needed
