What you would be doing

  • develop and execute targeted strategies aligning to business objectives
  • Existing industry relationships between Chubb and customers to leverage business and opportunities from major pipeline projects and tenders underway to jump onto from day one.
  • Manage client contractual and compliance expectations
  • continue to strengthen partnerships with our existing customers and identify further service improvement and growth opportunities
  • work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional service
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline reports & forecasting.
  • Focus on target market segments including but not limited to Health, State Government, Ministerial and Parliamentary Services and Corrections.
  • identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
  • Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb.
  • Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and within contract timeframes, including the follow up of aged debtors

  • Proven track record of managing key accounts
  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Electronic security industry experience and technical knowledge is preferred
  • the ability to understand customer requirements and create service solutions
  • commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
  • Experience managing key accounts from an allied industry such as Fire, HVAC, Building Automation or Commercial Electrical
  • Excellent communicator with good business acumen
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Confident to sell to major clients down to SME’s.
  • exceptional relationship management and influencing capability
