- Use your skills in data gathering and interpretation to review customer claim data, providing insights for BU Quality and customer investigations.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to process claims via credit notes, free-of-charge orders, and resolution of debit memos or hardware dispositions per customer agreements.
- Support customers by compiling and delivering claim responses through email, phone, or portals, ensuring clarity and timely resolution.
- Lead claim creation by receiving and reviewing customer claims, working within customer portals, analyzing technical details, and making accurate claim decisions.
- Continuously improve claim processing by efficiently handling customer-reported shortages and freight claims, enhancing responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with an understanding of quality tools such as 8D, 3L5Y, and Control Plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP (preferred).
- Experience working with Danfoss Power Solution products or basic product function knowledge to support claim processing activities.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with team members to support timely customer responses
- Diploma (College education preferred) with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
