The Investor Relationship Manager (IRM) is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with current and prospective investors across Sixth Element Homes and its affiliated entities. This role ensures clear communication, accurate reporting, timely distributions, and a best-in-class investor experience while supporting capital raising efforts.
Coordinate and distribute monthly / quarterly investor reports
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor communications
Assist with investor onboarding, subscription documents, and compliance workflows
Track investor commitments, capital calls, and distributions by entity
Manage investor portals (e.g., SyndicationPro)
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with individual and institutional investors
Track investor pipelines and commitments
Ensure alignment between operational performance and investor messaging
Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and updates with leadership
Upload operating agreements, K-1s, financial reports, and notices
Work closely with CFO, Controller, Legal, and Project Teams
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all investor information
Maintain consistency between financials, investor portals, and communications
Ensure investor records, documents, and transaction histories are accurate and up to date
Support fundraising efforts for new projects and funds
Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally
Work directly with executive leadership on high-growth real estate projects
Ensure timely and accurate distributions in coordination with Finance
Coordinate with legal, finance, and leadership on offering materials and disclosures
Capital raise support effectiveness (onboarding speed, error reduction)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and completeness of investor portal data
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
High integrity and discretion with confidential information
Real estate development or homebuilding background
Familiarity with K-1s, operating agreements, and investor compliance
Exposure to large-scale developments, funds, and syndications
Timeliness and accuracy of investor reports and distributions
Experience with investor portals such as SyndicationPro, Juniper Square, or similar
CRM or investor pipeline management experience
Experience managing multiple entities and investor groups
3–7+ years experience in investor relations, real estate syndications, private equity, or finance
Strong understanding of real estate investments, capital structures, and distributions
Reduction in investor follow-ups due to proactive communication
