Designs and manufactures water safety, flow control, and energy-efficient solutions for various industries.
Supervise and lead a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
Conduct downtime analysis and lead root cause countermeasure implementation for top equipment losses.
Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Focused Improvement (FI) activities in partnership with production.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety policies, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and arc flash protocols.
Coach technicians to think critically and use data when troubleshooting and resolving recurring breakdowns.
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, PMs, and asset history.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
Establish and support condition-based monitoring routines and predictive maintenance methods.
Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve equipment-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Use OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data and loss analysis (Availability, Performance, Quality) to target chronic equipment issues and drive uptime improvements.

Strong leadership skills and proven ability to coach and develop technical teams.
Working knowledge of OEE metrics, OEE loss categorization, and how to translate those insights into action.
