Reporting to the Project Manager (or Project Director), the Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for the overall engineering delivery on the project managing various engineering disciplines.
Depending on the project size, PEM is responsible to review all the engineering documents before approval. In cases where the Lead (or deputy) is responsible to review and approve, PEM need to set clear expectations with the Leads.
Ensure lessons learned for previous tenders and projects are recorded and used.
Responsible to close out all the engineering review actions ahead of the campaign mobilizations.
Complete the internal and external project close out requirements and support continuous improvement.
Responsible for reviewing the engineering risks and opportunities with the team monthly and drive the team to think of risk identification and reduction measures throughout the project.

High level of relevant operational offshore experience
Experience working on Tenders and Projects
Strong understanding of internal engineering guideline ENG-14 and ensure the team follows the process during the project life cycle.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Engineering Manager in similar field is desirable.
Capacity to priorities, plan, coordinate and communicate to enable successful delivery.
Strong understanding of interfaces between disciplines and responsible to create the expectations for all the team members on the project.
Specialized experience like shallow water lay and onshore construction experience is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Experience managing engineering on EPCI SURF projects is desirable.
If required, need to be available to go offshore on the project.
