Architectural Designer-HIRING ASAP

Description

• Participate in internal reviews to ensure design integrity, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and documentation for client meetings and federal submittals.
• Assist in the creation of architectural designs from schematic through construction phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and federal standards.
• Develop technical details and support the preparation of construction documents in compliance with applicable codes and DoD criteria.
• Produce high-quality drawings and models in Revit, supporting the project team with accurate and coordinated documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, experienced architects, consultants, and engineers to integrate design solutions and meet project requirements.

Requirements

• B.S. in Architecture or A.A. in Drafting & Design with at least 3 years of experience working as a designer at an architecture firm.
• Project experience in federal, public works, commercial, mixed-use, high-tech, and government sectors.
• Experience working at an architectural firm with a focus on construction documentation and architectural design.
• Ability to develop technical details and produce high-quality drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
