-Experience with Hydraulic Institute standards. -Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. -Excellent communication and technical writing skills. -Experience during construction including installation, startup, and/or troubleshooting. -Experience with assisting in planning, cost development and management, and scheduling. -Ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal supervision. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving, and organizational skills. -Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management. -Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software such as AFT Fathom, Pipe-Flo. -Experience in working with construction management staff to ensure that construction, installation, and testing conform to specifications, codes and standards, and client requirements. -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college. -Active CA professional engineering (PE) license. -Minimum of 8+ years of experience designing water, wastewater, or stormwater pumping system projects and preparing construction documents including drawings, P&IDs, specifications, control narratives, technical memoranda.
