Our client are looking for a Site Agent to oversee on-site teams, which may include Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors, taking full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects while meeting budget, programme, and quality standards.

Coordinate measurement, valuation, and reporting of completed works.
Maintain strong client communication and manage project relationships.
Oversee on-site teams, including staff and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
Promote a strong safety culture on site.
Ensure compliance with HSQE, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior technical staff.
Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and project progress.
Review and interpret contract documents; manage scope changes and approvals.
