Key responsibilities include managing the designated project through its full lifecycle—schedule, procurement, quality, and risk—while interfacing with clients to define requirements. The coordinator prepares the scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, quality controls, and risk identification, and selects delivery resources through RFPs and bid analysis.
Leadership duties involve guiding project delivery teams, implementing communication plans, facilitating meetings, and ensuring documentation governance and data integrity. The role also requires tracking progress against objectives, reporting status and variances, and creating action plans to meet schedule and budget targets, as well as supervising staff and managing third‑party resources.
The role is titled Project Coordinator (Site Engineer) and requires a BE in Civil Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience, primarily in hospital projects. The position carries a budget responsibility of INR 500,000.
Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to interpret contracts, leases, and project documents, basic financial knowledge for calculating percentages, and strong analytical and quantitative reasoning.
