Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your solutions are aligned with, and can be supported by other business units
Transform your understanding of the distribution/systems into a technical submetering and/or reporting solution that addresses the client’s specific needs
Implement your solutions through effective project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively manage your time and deliver results on multiple projects at the same time
Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate their unique submetering needs
Effectively communicate your solutions to internal and external stakeholders to drive projects out of the design phase and into the execution phase
Review electrical and mechanical drawings to develop an understanding of the utility distribution and mechanical systems serving our clients properties
Select & size the appropriate submetering hardware solutions based on the technical requirements you developed

Experience with energy management and/or energy consulting is considered an asset
Engineering Degree from a 4-5 year program at a recognized University
A strong understanding of health and safety on construction site(s) and around electrical equipment.
Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found within a high-rise building is considered an asset
Experience with the submetering industry is considered an asset
Possess excellent planning, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
A Valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
