Partner closely with IT leadership to align AI innovation with enterprise platforms, data architecture, cybersecurity, and operational requirements.

15+ years of relevant experience in digital, technology, or engineering delivery roles, including at least 5+ years leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
Experience partnering with IT, security, and governance teams to ensure digital initiatives are both innovative and technically sound.
Demonstrated experience leading AI, advanced analytics, or digital solution delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft-centric AI and cloud platforms, such as Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based or workflow-driven AI solutions.
Experience leading digital initiatives using a mix of Agile, Scrum, product-oriented, and traditional delivery models, adapting approach based on risk, maturity, and stakeholder needs.
