Close liaison with Development department proving feedback on drawing errors, amends and subcontractor queries
Pre-start meetings for the departments to be briefed on the nature of the scheme and any issues affecting it.
Project manage the working budgets
New subcontractor meetings to discuss all aspects of their order including programme and issues raised by either party.
Liaison with Site Managers
Relevant qualifications, QS degree or similar
Previous experience in a QS role within Housing/Construction industry
IT literate, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, COINS
Quantity Surveyor – House Builder - Stockport– Permanent – Up to £62,000 salary - COINS Experience
Clean driving licence
