Production Worker

Description

• Load and unload glass product from tables, rolling racks, and wood crates for extended periods.
• Read and interpret basic measurements using a tape measure.
• Transport glass materials between locations to expedite production.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or manually maneuver equipment.
• Rotate across different departments to perform varied job functions.
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Participate in a pay‑for‑performance culture with potential annual raises and bonuses.

Requirements

The Production Worker handles glass pieces through cutting, tempering, and laminating processes, loading and unloading them from tables, rolling racks, or wooden crates while reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role suits individuals with strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team environment, offering a pathway to a career with an industry leader.

OBE expects candidates to be at least 18 years old, strictly follow safety policies, possess basic reading and communication skills, be willing to work overtime when needed, and demonstrate reliable attendance.
