Water Resources Engineer - Senior Project Manager

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of complex water resources projects from concept to construction.
• Conduct and review hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for drainage, flood control, and erosion prevention systems.
• Prepare and review design plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate engineering, planning, and environmental staff.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and project satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals while managing resources to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Utilize modeling software such as HEC‑RAS, SWMM, ICPR, and ArcGIS to analyze and simulate water systems.

Requirements

Keith is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Water Resources Engineer to lead water resource management projects, including flood control, stormwater management, and water quality improvement. The role supports the firm's growth and focuses on designing resilient, environmentally conscious stormwater solutions that benefit communities and protect natural resources.

• Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Possess 8+ years of progressive experience in water resources, stormwater, or related civil engineering projects.
• Demonstrate proactive, enthusiastic, detail‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
