- Strategically develop and implement product and supply chain strategies, including new product development
- Establish and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures

- Work closely with managers, technical/specification engineers, and new product development to identify suppliers, drive supplier selection and adherence to commodity strategy

- Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage

- Sound understanding of business and end to end Supply Chains
- Be fully present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.

- System experience with large-scale ERP software (JDE, SAP preferred) and purchasing and replenishment software (Galt/Atlas preferred)
- Ability to present information (prepare reports, rationale, and recommendations clearly and concisely to all levels of management)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry a plus
- Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating Systems and Programs including Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
