A manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to help maintain and develop the company's safety program for their location near Costa Mesa. The incumbent will work the first shift, starting at 7 am, to review incident reports, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to safety training.
- Conduct specialized department and/or monthly management training as required or as appropriate.
- Conduct monthly safety performance audits and inspections.
- Conduct new hire and transferred employee orientations.
- Develop and track action items as a result of safety performance audits.

- Bachelor’s Degree in OHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead and coordinate with employees at all levels
- Experience with managing and implementing H&S procedures at a manufacturing site

- 5+ years of Health and Safety experience
