Update and manage submittal logs for OFCI equipment and O&M manuals, ensuring all documentation is current and properly distributed.
Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support day-to-day logistics operations.
Support site logistics planning by managing material laydown areas, maintaining organized storage zones, and monitoring material flow to work areas.
Coordinate with commissioning (Cx) teams to schedule service technicians and support field activities.
Help coordinate daily MEP deliveries including delivery schedules, staging needs, and site access requirements.
Track and update lead times for MEP materials and OFCI equipment, assisting with procurement status reporting.
Assist in scheduling and facilitating training sessions for OFCI systems and equipment vendors.
Maintain warranty logs, tracking equipment information and field-reported issues.
Ensure compliance with site safety policies and maintain organized, safe logistic areas.
Help identify and track issues related to deliveries, site access, or logistics constraints, escalating them to the MEP Logistics Manager as needed.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction platforms such as BIM360, Bluebeam, or other project management tools.
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in construction management, logistics, engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
2–4 years of experience in construction logistics, project coordination, MEP support, or related roles.
Willingness to learn commissioning, turnover, and documentation processes.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of basic MEP construction processes and material/equipment workflows is a plus.
