Works with service office to coordinate work and insure customer is satisfied with overall maintenance/repairs.
Performs routine maintenance on engine-generators and associated accessory equipment.
Assists with removal, transportation, and handling of large pieces of equipment, as needed.
Reports work on time cards and service reports.
Assists service office with repair quotes.
Handle job planning, securing necessary equipment, and parts ordering for work orders.
Performs troubleshooting and repair of engine-generators and associated accessory equipment.
Performs engine-generator overhauls and other major repairs, as needed.

Must be able to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions
Minimum 2 year degree from an accredited Diesel Engine Technology Program or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical service work.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills necessary.
Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions and ability to adjust focus.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate).
PC skills required and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
Must be able to have manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools required on the job.
Must be able to quickly respond (with the hand, finger or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears.
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
