Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide business improvement or change programmes, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts.
5-15 years experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.
Bid/proposal preparation experience.
Strong understanding of digital processes, systems, and their optimisation in a business context.
