The Real Estate Investment Analyst role supports the Debt Originations business, analyzing and underwriting commercial real‑estate debt opportunities across property types, structures, risk profiles, and geographies. The analyst will create financial models, conduct market research, and prepare Investment Committee materials while assisting senior professionals throughout the due‑diligence and closing processes.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline and have 1‑2 years of experience in commercial‑real‑estate originations. A solid grasp of real‑estate lease terms, finance concepts such as NOI, cap rates, IRR, and discounted cash flow, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills, are required.
Success in this position depends on strong quantitative and analytical abilities, the capacity to work both independently and within a team, and meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and a self‑motivated, proactive approach are considered advantageous.
